[Research Purpose]
This study was conducted to investigate and analyze the status and awareness of sports rights of female college janitorial workers. In this study, we examined the potential of sports as an agenda and means of labor movement as well as improving workers' daily lives and cultural environment. We intend to provide backup data establishing policy proposals for the labor rights and happy lives of this population.
