Survey on the Status and Awareness of Sports Rights of the Female College Janitorial Workers
Two parties, SHRI and the Cultural Action, signed a contract for a research project entitled 'Survey on the Status and Awareness of Sports Rights of the Female College Janitorial Workers' on 16th of July 2024.
This study aims to investigate and analyze the status and perception of sports rights of female cleaning workers working at colleges, subsequently examining the potential of sports as an agenda and means for labor movements as well as improving workers’ daily lives and cultural environments through sports activities.
For the next three months, the status of their participation in sports and leisure activities, as well as their awareness and attitude toward sports rights will be surveyed. Their awareness and attitude toward labor movements and union activities will be also examined.
